William or Joshua, Alice or Felicity? please vote

I likw William and Joshua but Wiliam better.
NOt keen on Felicity, think Alice is lovely.

She'll probably get a fair bit of this though

Love both your girls' names - both Alice and Felicity are gorgeous and not that used.

I'm not keen on either William (especially nickname Will/Willy) or Joshua (don't like the -a ending).

Love Alice and Felicity. Less keen on William or Joshua personally, but if I had to choose, I'd say William.

William - far nicer than Joshua and not quite as popular. I'm not keen on Joshy / Josh as nicknames either, and most Joshuas become that pretty quickly.

Alice and Felicity both lovely. I'd go with Alice by a whisker, though.

I'd have to choose William (although don't love it, especially Will/Willie), but prefer it to Josh.

PYT I refuse to let anyone call my DS Joshy. Euughhhhh!!!!!

I can just about cope with Josh from others but I don't use it and I tell DH off too.

William and Felicity; I love Alice too but know quite a few little ones at the moment. Although Joshua is a lovely name, I have taught far too many tricky ones so would steer clear of it myself.

We very nearly used Felicity for DD1 but she looked more like a Harriet (according to DH) so that's what we chose.

My son is called joshua william and i think that they go together as they are both lovely names, if i had to pick it would be joshua and the girls name would be Alice.

I have a 3 week old Felicity and it's been well received by everyone. Alice is pretty as well . Prefer William to Joshua for a boy.
