What do you think of Victor?

No.Just no.

It is a fine, solid name. It might not be 'modern' but it speaks for itself.

I am biased though: this is my Dad's name and he was all of the above.

I really like it, would be definitely considered for a future DS.

Vic is a cool nickname & Victor seems a really strong name to me, I think it's the Russian connection.

Knew an absolutely gorgeous, Dutch, musician 'Victor'. It's a thumbs up from me! I don't think it has the same negative associations from a broader, European point of view.

I love it! but I've got strange taste I think. I floated this name a while back and it sank! I think it's really strong, but still fairly classic.

I have a Viktor.
DH chose it, I wasn't sure if it would be a 'baby' name IYKWIM but it really suits him.

Victor is a name that will one day be the new Jack. It has all the qualities needed for a fantastic boys name. Strong, powerful,universal yet easy to spell and pronounce. Victor is a wonderful name and ready for a big revival.
