I like it - there is an Erica at my DS's pre-school but I don't think it is particularly popular.

I absolutely love it. On our first date, DH and I found ourselves talking about names and said (almost in unison) Erica... although DH says he would spell it Eriqua.

We didn't get to name our DD Erica because she is adopted. I still love it though .

There is a lovely tomboy Erica in a book called Handles by Jan Mark. That made me like the name.
