Can no longer see the wood for the trees! Which of these do you like for with a two syllable surname?

Eloise
Cassie
Josie
Stella
Sylvie
Iris

I don't know many little children, please flag up if any of these have become mega popular!

i really LOVE Sylvie

that's my favourite of all of them.

the rest are nice too though

polkadottytotty · 01/08/2010 21:33

Like Sylvie and Iris - really dislike Stella.

As far as I know I don't think any of them have become overly popular recently.

proudfoot · 01/08/2010 21:39

I like Eloise, Iris, Cassie and Josie

For Cassie what about Cassia as full name rather than Cassandra?

telsa · 01/08/2010 23:15

Or Cassidy or even Cassiopeia!

freerangeeggs · 02/08/2010 04:07

Sylvie Sylvie Sylvie. I love it.

In fact I love it so much I dont want you to use it.

Iris instead then. Except I love that too...

Actually, if you could just scrap your whole list it'd be very much appreciated. kthanx!

MercyMe · 02/08/2010 14:53

I love Sylvie!! Definitely go for that!

NadiaWadia · 03/08/2010 02:49

Eloise is gorgeous and has its own song always a plus!
Stella is very nice too - ignore morons who will connect it to 'Stella Artois'
Sylvie is very pretty but apparently not fashionable now in France - more a middle aged name over there, but I suppose that doesn't matter.

Josie - cute, but not wonderful.
Iris - not appealing

Cassie - quite nice but wouldn't it be better to give Cassandra or Clarissa at the name on the birth certificate.
