Middle names for Theo

Love the name Theo, but struggling to come up with middle names. Surname is two syllables beginning with B.
And is Theo always short for Theodore/Theobald, or are there alternatives?

I like Theo, especially if it short for Theodore. I like the -dore ending better than the -bald one.

I have a Theodore Henry - its a family name but I think it goes quite nicely as its a short middle name. He's defiately a Theo though.... We just the long version for formal purposes. We still dont know another one but perhaps we dont live in typical 'Theo' territory!
