what do you think? surname starts with S. We both like the names but are unsure that they go together... DH is concerned that they sound like some kind of pharmaceutical...

also as an aside the Zoe would be pronounced Zo-ee... i am not planning on the umlaut (or however you spell it)

I think it looks and sounds slightly like a medicine too, sorry. Or 'Zone L'.

Nell is a nickname (for Helen?) is it not?

KSal · 14/07/2010 11:59

i think it is, but its also a family name which has been used as both helen and nell over the years.

plenty of people use nicknames as full names these days, so that in itself wouldn't be unusual, i don't think

I don't see a problem with it at all.

Both lovely names.
