sensor pad and purflo mattress?

Hi

I have a purflo mattress for my DS's cotbed and I wondered if a sensor pad would work under it. The purflo mattress has a hollow frame and the mattress cover stretches over it. See here www.purflo.com/

thanks

I have a couple of Purflow mattresses but I've never used a sensor pad. I can't see why you cou;dn't use one on a Purflow though. They are at least as firm as a filled mattress, if not firmer.

How much of the mattress does a sensor pad cover? TBH if the sensor pad covers the area under under the babies face there's no point in buying a Purflow at all.

Hmmm, I don't know! Maybe try calling purflow for advice?

Just spoke to a v nice man at purflo - they recommend the 'snuza' monitors which are little devices that clip on baby's nappy, the mats are a bit temperamental apparently.
