Best non-Wi-Fi baby monitors — which one?

I’ve been looking at non-Wi-Fi baby monitors because I’d rather have something simple with a parent unit, instead of relying on an app, account, or internet connection.

For anyone using a non-Wi-Fi monitor, what mattered most day to day — range, battery life, night vision, sound alerts, or screen quality? Anything you wish you’d checked before buying?

We have a Hello Baby one, not sure the model but it’s fine. Honestly just get Whats cheap. You’ll be in the room with them anyway for 6 months, probably longer so dont need it. Then we stopped using at 2 years old anyway

I have this one from Vtech, it’s good and I have no complaints. I also had an angel care one that came with the cot sensor pad too but I broke that one by dropping the monitor in the sink whilst washing up. Both non WiFi and both work just as good as another.
