Second time parent, need a monitor

We're looking for a monitor that can be mounted onto the wall to face down at cot.

Happy if it's connected to phone to view camera and/or handheld monitor.

Not fussed on colour or brand, just as long as it's good quality.

We've seen the Owlet (I think) but don't really want to spend £300-£400 on a camera.
