Hi everyone, we’re looking at the Nannit pro and owlet monitors but they’re just so expensive. Does anyone have any recommendations for a more reasonable priced alternative with the same functions my main concern being breathing/alerts. Thank you

Honestly, you don’t need a breathing monitor. Are you very anxious about it?

being a fast time mum, who does have anxiety. I am anxious of the thought of being in another room and baby might roll over or cover there face or slip down in sleep bag. So I thought I having a breathing monitor might help ease these thoughts.

You won’t be in another room with a newborn
you keep the cot empty and don’t use a sleeping bag until they are big enough

I didn’t bother with any type of monitor for any of my 3. They sleep with you until 6 months, you will hear them cry after that 🤷🏻‍♀️
