Hand and foot pain after six months of infliximab infusions?

Hi - I’m now 6 months in to having infliximab infusions for Crohn’s. I’ve developed bad throbbing pain in my hands and feet, it’s particularly bad in the mornings and when I first get up it’s hard to even walk.

Has anyone else had this as a side effect? I’ve finally had enough of it this weekend and going to call my consultant on Monday, but just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Thank you 🙏🏻

I was on adalimumab which works in a similar manner - and developed palmoplantar pustulosis. Might be something similar ?

Thanks for replying. I’m not sure it’s that as there’s nothing on the skin at all, it’s like a deep throbbing pain in all the joints of my hands and feet.
