Around 3 years ago I started getting lots of weird symptoms /sensations.
Because I’ve had anxiety then GP won’t take me seriously .
So it started with the tip of my nose felt numb,I was having sharp pains in the top of my head and sore scalp.
Sometimes on my face I feel like something is crawling.
Then I was having a feeling that my hands and legs went numb or that I couldn’t grip properly with my hands.
Sometimes my leg will just feel dead for a while.
Headaches and blurred vision.
Then I had a face twitch ,it was the side of my nose and was making my mouth twitch.
My latest one is aching arms and sharp pains in arm.
Im tired too.
These are not all at once
These are over the last few years.
Im a bit worried about MS

I had very similar after covid - mine came on suddenly and took 8 months to calm right down but I still get sore eyes and a burning feeling in forehead - I was convinced I had MS or a brain tumour -lots of insane pins and needles, weird buzzing in 1 finger, buzzing in lower legs, odd spacey feeling, legs that felt like lead , very one sided too, you name it, I had it- and prior to this hadn’t seen a doctor in 22 years. I saw a neurologist privately ( best £210 ever) she asked me what I thought I had and then went into great detail as to why it was very unlikely - she immediately told me she was pretty sure it was post viral syndrome and it had really affected my nervous system - put me on short term low dose beta blockers, had me doing lots of controlled breathing exercises and stretching exercises, boosted up Vit Dand bvit B12 ( were on the borders) and also suggested I went gluten free for 6 months as it can help in some cases. In my case it worked but felt like forever- I’m not saying it’s the same for you but if you can pay, I would see a neurologist after making sure first you have a full vitamin count, blood pressure and cholesterol check and blood sugars.

I've had a lot of symptoms similar to yours op. I know you say the GP wont take you seriously as you suffer from anxiety, but it's amazing how many actual physical symptoms you can have with anxiety.

A few months ago, I started getting daily headaches at the top of my head, sometimes on the right side above my ear. They were different from normal headaches that come with dehydration etc. I suffer from health anxiety and started to worry. I thought i had a brain tumour. I then started getting tingling in my hands and feet. Then at the tip of my nose. I had facial twitches as well, then one day when I was totally spiralling with worry, the whole right side of my head and down my face went completely numb. I called GP who said it sounded very much anxiety related. I was pissed off at first, as the headaches were the first thing to start and I wasn't anxious about anything at the time. He started me on a beta blocker (propranolol) and I have not had a single headache or been worrying about anything since. He did send me for a CT scan just to put my mind at ease, which came back clear.

It might be worth a chat with your GP anyway. The more you worry, the more symptoms can appear that are just anxiety related.
