Natural and non-steroid options for teenager’s new psoriasis patches?

Psoriasis help….

I have a teenager who’s developed psoriasis patches recently on legs, upper arms, ear and forehead.

I’m looking for natural remedies to clear it up as I don’t want DC using steroids on their skin long term. Also the benzoyl peroxide in skin care products - acne cream, Duac etc is destroying all our towels.

Has anyone got any suggestions please?

Start with diet. I cut out gluten and nightshades. Also avoid processed foods - take a critical look at how/her diet and see what can be avoided.
For skin I use Moroccan oil to keep it from being dry.

Psoriasis isn’t a skin disease but you can definitely improve it if you take care of the skin and the gut
