diagnosed with hashimotos 4 years ago. high TSH, mid range T4, raised antibodies.

I was recently increased my levothyroxine dose as my TSH had gone up to 6.2.
A month later, blood test to see what’s happening and my TSH is now good (2.01 with a ref range of 0.27-4.2)
bit my T4 came back abnormal at 22.3 (ref range 11-22)
What does this mean? T4 is usually no higher than 15 for me. Is something going on? Did i have the blood test too early in the day? (3 hours after taking my levothyroxine)
Have to wait a fortnight for phone appointment to discuss results (don’t ask, crap service where I live)

Your TSH is normal which is the main aim, and your T4 is the tiniest bit above the normal range, which is fine but probably worth checking again in a couple of months in case you are on a slightly higher dose than needed
