Increased dose - feeling odd

Hello, I'm six days into an increase from 12.5mcgs to 25mcgs. I am feeling quiet strange on and off - heart palpitations, a bit wired, a bit sick, feeling like I could panic but know I won't, and very tired. I'm sure it's my body adjusting but I would love some reassurance. I'm subclinical and had to beg my GP to go up to 25mcgs (he kept telling me I'm depressed) so I don't think he'll up it again!

Probably just adjusting or unrelated that’s a tiny tiny dose

That's what I thought - can't be too much! These symptoms went away a week into the 12.5 so hopefully they will again!

I started on 25 then increased by 25 and now on 100mcg

Did you notice your old symptoms coming back or any side effects. I guess my main worry is that I was feeling better and now feeling a bit rubbish again. I'm a teacher and it's really hard being so up and down and holding it together on the outside!

Honestly I’m probably not the best to advise as I feel no different on or off it!
25mcg isn’t even really a therapeutic dose if you look at the NICE guidelines, it’s basically a dose getting your body used to it unless you’re very elderly or tiny

Just updating in case anyone else is looking for similar. I came off the 25 and went back to 12.5 for a week - and now I've gone up to 18.75 and I seem ok. Only odd side effect is a floaty feeling in my legs - not quite restless but they don't feel relaxed and a little tingly. I'm assuming that will pass once I'm settled on this dose?
