Blood tests - thyroid issue

I’ve not had the best experience with doctors in the past for dismissing symptoms and taking ages to get a diagnosis. My blood tests have recently come back with some abnormal results and I was hoping that there might be some people here who could help me know what’s best to ask when I see the doctor to discuss these results in 3 weeks (earliest appointment I could get!)

So existing health conditions are coeliac disease, IBS, chronic spontaneous urticaria and mild hidradentitis suppurativa.

I’ve been extremely tired lately and had lots of muscle aches and pains.

Thyroid test TSH is 9.94, T4 is 11.3.
Serum transferrin is low at 14%, other iron tests within range
Serum ALT high - 70iu/L
Lymphocyte count high - 4.3

Thank you to anyone who read this far and if you have any experience of similar and are able to help me know what to ask for that would be amazing

Your tsh is high… which means your thyroid needs to work hard to produce its hormone. I would anticipate that your gp will start you on thyroid replacement… the good news is that this may help you feel much better than you do now.
I would ask your gp if they would do a thyroid antibodies test, to see if you have hashimotos-most common reason for hypothyroidism. I’m not sure how to interpret the other results.
