Methotrexate

Hi, wondering if anyone can advise. I am fairly new to taking MTX and all is going well but have caught a cold and cough and feeling pretty rough (no temperature just the usual symptoms with an additional annoying cough).

Should I take my usual dose as normal this evening or skip the dose? How unwell do you need to be before skipping a dose?

I take mine like clockwork whether I'm well or ill - the only time I'd delay would be if I was throwing up and would be likely to throw the tablets up (i.e. miss a dose) or diarrhoea.
I didn't notice anything in the instructions about skipping a dose if ill?

I never miss a dose, always take it. I honestly wouldn’t miss it
