Possible Lupus?

Hi, Im looking for women with lupus or any nurses/doctors to tell me if I'm looking too much into this...

I've been experiencing certain symptoms for a few years now, separately they can be put down to different things, but collectively they could possibly be lupus.
Joint pain is the main one, i can barely lift my arms due to the pain in my elbows and shoulders. Knees and ankles aren't as bad at the minute. My fingers and the bone at the base of my wrist can be really painful., to the point I can't pick things up or knock on a door. I get red rashy cheeks, especially if I'm warm it gets worse. If I have a sip of alcohol it really gets red and itchy across my cheeks and nose.
Phases of hair loss. I was diagnosed by a dermatologist with wide spread small plaque psriosis (I don't get psriosis in the usual places like elbows and knees, but everywhere else on my body). My eyes go really funny under flurencent lights and I get headaches. I've always been sensitive to the sun, I used to get hive like rashes when I was younger but just get tiny red spotty like rashes now.

I had a baby 6 months ago and when they did my bloods my CRP was 140. I also had to have an iron transfusion despite taking iron tablets through the pregnancy, they wasn't working.
I've been to the GP before about how tired I feel and falling asleep in the day time. He put this down to being a busy mum though. I've got a GP appointment in January.

What do you think? Could it be?

Sorry you’re having this. It sounds like it could be but they’d probably want to do further blood testing to narrow it down and famously it’s slow to diagnose lupus unfortunately.
Often more common things might explain it before lupus becomes the only candidate. Keep a diary of symptoms if you can and also worth looking at some info for patients to help you be prepared what a doctor might ask you about, so you can keep an eye on any patterns in your log of symptoms
