Can it be lupus if butterfly rash fades within an hour or two?

I’ve just seen a post on a fb lupus support group that unless the butterfly rash stays for a number of days or weeks then a rheumatologist won’t diagnosis it as lupus

my daughter has many symptoms of lupus and has been referred by her gp to a rheumatologist but her rash disappears within an hour or two once it’s come up…

I got diagnosed with cfs
By a private rhuematologist in summer 2023

Had a miscarriage Sept 2023

Now my NHS fertility consultant has advised me to get a private lupus pannel

My face is a lot redder than it was 3 years ago
