Can anyone tell me what these results mean? Serum free T4 level 14.2; Serum TSH level 0.28. I have been taking 125mg levothyroxine for about 10 years

These are great, slightly closer to the hyper border but I would be happy with these results-as long as you have no hyper symptoms (fast heart rate, anxiety etc) if you do may need to bring dosage down.

No hyper symptoms - I went to the doctor as I can't lose weight and I am losing quite a bit of hair.

I have been told to make an appointment with the GP - I don't want my medication changed.

Sometimes your results can look ok but your vitamins are all off, NHS don't tend to test but you can supplement B12 and D anyway
