Any tips on drug induced hair loss in Crohns?

So it's all falling out!!
Can anyone recommended any products to look after it?
Or medication?
Am I better with short hair now? Or does long hair cover the bare patches better?
Any advice on washing?
Does a head scarf rub the scalp and make it worse?

I'm sorry you're having this problem. Me too, though my meds (methotrexate) are for a different autoimmune problem. I'm having a really hard time accepting this as a reasonable trade-off, especially because it's early days on the meds and I don't yet even know if they will help with my health. Feeling so shit about it. Sorry that doesn't help you! But sending solidarity.
