Rheumatoid arthritis & fibromaylgia. Has Rituximab worked for you?

I have both rheumatoid arthritis and fibromaylgia. Under active thyroid too.
Five weeks ago I had two doses of Rituximab.
I'm up out of bed but I'm still in chronic pain.
I take Naproxen and methotrexate.
Has anyone archived good results on this infusion?
I'm currently on unpaid sick leave.

I know a few people taking rituximab and it’s been a game changer but it can take a while to work. When is your next infusion?

You may need some steroids to get the flare under control. Is that an option?

im due to start it soon. How have you found side effects?

It gave me terrible headaches and low mood. So I came off it after 6 injections. Had greater success with etanercept. As with all these things, it's trial and error I'm afraid. Good to get going with it. Good luck!

No side effects as such. But I can't eat. Good news in a way as I carry extra weight. I feared constipation but I didn't get it. I've grown two nodules on my elbow. That is usually methotrexate. I had etanercept for years then Imaraldi. Twenty years RA, one year fibromaylgia. Thyroid underactive thirty years.
I can get down my stairs now post five weeks (so two infusions over a fourteen day period). But I'm not safe to drive or use public transport.
They say 8-16 weeks for results.

Update for all you kind people.
In general the Rituximab has worked. I can walk a bit but need a stick. I can get out of bed. I don't need my zimmer and I can cook a bit. The huge life limiting pain seems to be supresssed.
I do have two new nodules. I due another infusion in November.
