Sweat problem - embarrassing tmi

I’m taking high doses of prednisolone and it’s causing my to have a very sweaty groin/crotch requiring me to change my underwear three times a day.

I’m disabled and. fat thanks to medication so don’t have much option for clothing in summer that I’m comfortable with. I wear shorts as loose as I can but with a fat bum and thighs but it’s still too tight - skirts are out as it’s just not me (sensory nightmare)

how do I deal with sweaty crotch and the wet patches it leaves behind when I sit? I look like I’ve peed myself.

can’t get affordable period pants to my size to wear daily and I need to curb this sweat desperately. Doesn’t even need to be warm

it will go away as I taper off but that’s not going to be for a while and I’m so embarrassed and uncomfortable.

please anyone?

I was going to suggest short type period pants. Are they very expensive?
Botox works well but that's probably out of reach too. Talc/liquid talc is good but don't get it too close to your genital area as it can be unsafe.

Cheeky wipes period pants go up to a size 30

I wore skirts or dresses over cycling shorts. Cycling shorts are made of swimwear type material so they dry fast.

I'm generally not keen on skirts or dresses due to sensory stuff myself but if they are over other stuff I'm ok.

Oh do they? They used to only go up to 18-20 and although I’m a 16 in pants the 18-20 were very tight and uncomfortable on me. I’ll have a look. Thanks

Oh you poor thing, this is why panty liners are sold.

Panty liners aside from being shit for the environment are absolutely useless in this situation & really irritating and rub and cause rashes. It’s not like a period or a wee bit discharge from the vagina it’s persistent sweat from the but crack and leg creases and unless a pant liner can cover all that they’re pointless.
