Has anyone ever had a PCOS diagnosis despite having a fairly regular menstrual cycle? I have regular periods but I do have acne, excess body hair, dry skin, dry scalp, tiredness, hair loss, bad circulation (to the point shop employees comment on how red and cold my hands are, they are really blotchy and my fingers are stiff and my hands and feet are like blocks of ice), sore joints, brain fog, general fatigue and mood swings. I was tested for PCOS about 15 years ago when I was in my 20s, I am now 36. It was an internal scan and all clear. I do not know if I am fertile as I am childless by choice and have never TTC. I went to my Gp with my symptoms in September 2023. He prescribed me antidepressants and only tested my thyroid levels which were within normal range. I still have all the symptoms and have had them for years. Starting to give up that I will ever get a diagnosis. I feel I have some autoimmune issue but feel the Gp gave me antidepressants and case coded.
