Ulcers in small bowel

My ds is 9 has had chronic diarrhoea for 3 months and had a colonoscopy that showed ulcers in the small bowel. They’ve told me we need to wait for the biopsy looking this up it looks like crohns is the most likely outcome? Any experience we have no blood and no mucus in stools but constant urgency, fatigue and watery loose stools multiple times a day and if anyone has had a child with this diagnosis how long after the colonoscopy will the diagnosis come?

Not much experience but wondering if they've tested for Coeliac?

Hi @Hm2023 just wondered how your son is now, and if you got any answers about Crohn's? Hope he is feeling better.
