Have tested and it's not COVID but this cold has hit me hard. I figure it's my first bad one since I've been on mycophenolate and steroids.
Am resting (I am normally useless at resting but I cant do anything else as feel dreadful both from the cold and the AI flare). Trying to drink plenty. Eating as much veg as I can manage (eating is hard in a flare). Would welcome any other tips!
