Would appreciate recommendations for my area which is kent, have had an awful time, have been told originally I have vasculitis because of positive panca with moo antibodies, then told not enough evidence so of you go and have been suffering ever since. My dentist thinks I could have sjogrens, I need a doctor that listens and is willing to join the dots as I’m stuck, feeling ill, and no treatments, any advice would be great x

I have just checked their website. It must just be my trust which decided it wasn't going to pay for me to go there any more so you might be lucky. I was an outpatient for many years (I have RA) and received excellent care.

If you are self-funding, you could pay to go to the London Lupus Centre

It's not that close but addenbrookes have specialists in vasculitis - the other one in the south (ish) is QE at Birmingham. I have to travel to QE which is about 2 hrs from where I live.

Also give the vasculitis helpline a call - or join the uk fb group, they have so much knowledge of where specialists are and who to contact and where to go to get referred to the right place. If it is vasculitis, it's so important to have a specialist that is good and prescribe the correct treatment Flowers

Have they said which type they were originally looking at?

The London Royal Free hospital is a well known centre of excellence for autoimmunes and is often cited as the best in the UK. They take private and NHS referalls.
