Do they usually all flare at the same time? Or different reactions at different times. I've gone from havjng uveitis, then as this was improving I started with joint pains and now as that was improving I'm struggling with my bowels. I have nothing diagnosed systemically as yet. Throughout all of this I've had a low grade fever on and off. Wondering what's going to come next!

Yes, I have flares where my skin, joints and gut are all affected. It comes with a side serving of extra fatigue and blood pressure issues.

I'm on a biologic medicine now called Adalimumab which helps but it's still unstable at times. My gut has benefited from a low FODMAP diet during flares, and watch your gut biome - kefir, miso and soy are helpful.

Bummer, isn't it?

@AutumnCrow thanks for replying. So your symptoms seem to all come at once?

My bp is a little higher than it should be at minute as well. Wonder if that's related.

I've tried low format before when my ibs was bad, it hasn't bothered me in years though until this week. Will remind myself what it entails!
