Hi
Have been on levothyroxine for years and years. Made a difference when I first started taking it, now, not so sure. Have now developed pernicious anaemia and have regular B12 injections, plus on HRT. I still feel drained, sluggish, chunky and just a poor version of myself. I want to take myself inhand and start addressing various aspects of my health. I know ranges are hard to give absolutes for, I get quite confused between TSH, T4 and T3 - what should I be looking for? Thanks very much

Do you have any results, with the reference ranges?

Once you are on treatment, TSH is pretty much irrelevant, so what you are looking for to give you the best chance of feeling well, is FT4 and FT3 in the top 25% of the reference range.

Lots of advice on the ThyroidUK forum.
