Autoimmune disease

Can't get a definitive diagnosis

Many years ago I was told I had Graves disease. After I had my thyroid removed I assumed it had been cured. I was only 21 and didn't understand the complexity of AI. Many years later I had flare ups of a few conditions which I found out recently can all be linked back to autoimmune. My optician recommended I ask my Dr to test me back in April when I had a bout of uvetis which is almost always AI related. I had a blood test which showed raised markers indicating an issue. To be on the safe side I had to repeat it 3 months later and again my markers were raised. However my Dr just won't commit to an actual diagnosis. What can I do. I don't want to come across as a hypochondriac but would like to know one way or another. Any advice please?
