Sore feet!

Just wondered if anyone knew what this is? Had tamoxifen and some nerve damage, I think, from Chemo. When I lie in bed my feet feel as if the are being weighted down on the sole, inside. It’s sore, and it’s getting worse.
I also don’t know if this is related, but lots of food, especially bread, leaves me feeling bloated. I am also noticing feet sore when I walk a long way, knees can hurt and a similar pain to feet in my hands at night.
Sorry to ask but I can’t get a docs appointment and wondered if it’s something I can sort with diet perhaps.
Thank you!

Could this be further pain damage?

I have nerve damage and I get pain, cold, running water, walking on stones and lighting strikes in my legs. The neurologist said it was my faulty nerves giving me rubbish feedback.

If it is nerve related it is a doctor or neurologist issue.

Could it be arthritis? I sympathise. , I had plantar fasciitis for three years and it was hell.

Turned out it was the start of arthritis

Ohhhh, thank you. I was wondering as my bones hurt when I walk. Hope you are ok? Are you doing Margaret hill diet? My friend is and says it helps.

No they put me on methotrexate but I had a really bad effect on my mental health so I am trying to deal with it through plant based eating. Am currently effectively vegan

Oh gosh well done. Am wondering how to do that. You know I’ll ask..is it helping? I hope you are feeling better. Drugs that muck up your mental health are really tough to deal with

Yeah, I’m trying to basically be plant based.
I’m a big believer in eating clean

I ditched the drugs because I felt like I was poisoning myself when I took them, I know that sounds very neurotic but it really affected me taking methotrexate. I was filled with dread.
I’m hoping plant based works but my nails are crumbling so I might have to go back on them

I will look up the Margaret hill diet, thankyou

Oh and my nails were really crumbly after chemo, the capsule vitamin pills ( vita something? They are in an orange box I think and there is a soldi capsule and a liquid capsule) really helped them get strong again.

Sorry, I missed the part that you were on cancer treatment. Interesting about the nails - Did you have to take methotrexate? Hope you have recovered well.

Arthritis is basically an inflammation issue so anything that lowers that would help. So that involves me eating properly etc.

I imagine having gone through chemotherapy, you’ve been through a lot, probably ramping up the fruit n veg would help. Have you got a juicer? I have terrible psoriasis a decade ago and managed to get it into complete submission through juicing for five weeks - basically a juice fast.

Yes! Have recovered, Tho few odd tingles 😀 and no, I kind of blanked it all. No idea what I had now! But would deffo recommend extra vitamins from boots. It is a common side effect of these sort of drugs I believe.

Yes we have a juicer. Dp used to give me things that looked like they were made from a swamp! I’ve got out of the habit, but am very interested that you sorted psoriasis with it. Dd has very flaky skin and massive under skin spots, I’m wondering if we cut out dairy…
Did you do something like 2 juice meals and other meals veggie?
I do remember going on 2 days eating apples years ago ( some wierd jone Collins diet I think😀 by Sunday night was desperate for proper nosh but on Monday, wow! Could have run to Mars. Def. dusting off the juicer. Thanks for reminding me!
I will Google how to reduce inflammation, last night feet, hands and knees felt ..tired inside if that makes sense. Something is up for sure.
All tips welcome! Hope you are feeling better.
Dusts off the bottle of cider vinegar..
