Friend with Crohn's disease & IBS & hypothryroidism

My friend (not on social media so I'm doing a bit of anecdotal research for her) has Crohn's and IBS and underactive thyroid. She doesn't know anyone else with all 3 conditions. The Crohn's and IBS sometimes seem to set each other off so it's hard for her to know which is which. (I take thyroxine myself and don't think that this would affect her other 2 conditions, but I can't be sure, eg if she's not digesting the tablets properly). Is anyone in a similar situation or have any suggestions? Thanks

I should add she's also menopausal (mid 50s) so this also affects her, but not sure of the impact on her conditions.

I have Crohn's, underactive thyroid and type 1 diabetes. It's quite common to have more than one autoimmune disorder unfortunately.
