My bloods are fine, I have Fibro but I feel my immune is very weak

Hi,
As a kid I had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, I’m now 26 and rheumatologist has said it’s no longer active. Yet last year I got a chest infection and raised CRP which took 5\6 months to come down. Only slightly raised but the cough took a lot to clear. This was prior to covid so maybe year before. The doctors kept doing bloods and it was all fine eventually seen rheumatologist who said arthritis was gone. Now this year I had COVID double jabbed and took viral conjunctivitis on top of it, over a month later still coughing but after COVID took another virus recovered from virus and now a week later have another viral virus. I’m feeling my immune is weak and I don’t know if that could be to meds as a kid or if Fibro can cause immune stuff or if there is something out there?

I agree with you here regarding your Fibro, I have ME Fibro and osteoarthritis, a few other bits and pieces too, in fact I'm falling to bits haha! I feel my immune system is lower than is normal too. Recurring sinusitis, little things take so long to heal, I often feel "hingy" with a virus etc. It's a vicious circle trying to build up your body but you feel shite and tired and sore to make healthy food and exercise properly.
I take a Vit b complex and a Vit d complex and I take lysine to try and prevent constant cold sores. Xx

@BigGreen I've not seen any links but I do have neuropathy too and neuralgia that stayed after I had shingles x

I'm another with fibro and a shitty immune system.
I do also have rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and ehlers danlos syndrome. So a lot going on.

@BigGreen funny you mention that a few weeks ago I had tingling in the arms, head and feet and bloods were fine! Still comes and goes!

Ohh I take Vit D i’ll need to see about the other. Do you buy it over the counter? And its so frustrating isn’t it?? Dxx
