CalproSmart not scanning

Feel pretty gutted (ha ha) that I produced the poo sample, mixed with solution, flushed the rest of the poo away, waited 15 minutes - only for the app NOT to accept my result for scanning.

I have an iPhone 7, normally works perfectly well with QR codes.

The app said 'do another test', but I had already flushed the poo.

So infuriating! Has this happened to any other CaloroSmart users or is it just me?

And the helpline is in Norway.

No help but very interested where you got your calprosmart from. (2dc - 1 definitely IBD 1 probably)

It's given by hosp IBD department. I have a new test which I'll hopefully do tomorrow.

So sorry your 2 dcs have bowel issues. You have to be pretty dedicated to use the CalproSmart system as it's such a faff.

The final stage is the scanning using the phone app. And when it won't scan it's heartbreaking. 😭😅

Just in case anyone is following...it worked. It's such a great system when it works properly.
