I have psoriasis and mixed connective tissue disease but I'm fortunate that my symptoms aren't impacting on me enough to need medication. I'm really keen to try an anti-inflammatory diet to see if this helps me.
Has anyone else tried this? I'd love to hear your experiences and any recommendations for a good book/website which clearly outlines it and gives easy (but delicious!) recipes?
I'm thinking of ordering The Doctor's Kitchen cookbook as that seems like it might fit with the approach and I like his podcast and the fact he's actually qualified!
