In limbo between biologics

Hello
I'm a mix of lupus?/ sjogrens/ JIA. Ive effectively been off Humira since Nov, and not on anything else yet (reacted to hydroxyqhl). Seems to be hesitance to go onto another biologic (abatacept or rituximab are the options, I've had 2nd covid jab) even though I am really struggling.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

Last time I spoke to my rheumy team, the NICE legislation was that individuals were only allowed to try 3 different biologics, so be careful.

Speaking for myself, I tried Cosentyx which for me personally was as good as injecting water but the side effects were utterly hideous, I couldn’t even drink water through a straw because of such severe oral ulcers.

I’m now on Benepali Etenercept which is a total game-changer.

When is your next telephone/site appointment? I know for me, catch-up has been incredibly slow following on from Covid. I used to attend quarterly and I’ve not been heard or called for 12mths now.
