What are these symptoms?

I'm 35 female and 11 months post partum and I feel like something strange is going on with me the last few months.

I've had:

Random flare up of dishydrotic eczema but only on my fingers, where I've never had it before in my life.

A big patch of alopecia areata in the back of my head

A few weeks ago I had unexplained low grade fever for days but that's fine now

Fatigue

My GP is sending me for some blood tests but I had most of them done in September including thyroid and B12 and all was normal.

Any ideas?
