Hi! Little advice needed. I've had hypothyroid symptoms for a while now. Went to my GP in 2019 and got tested. These are my results from then -

TSH 1.76 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)
Free T3 4.16 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)
Free Thyroxine 14.900 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22)

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 24.100 kIU/L (Range: < 115)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies X 88.8 kIU/L (Range: < 34)

GP said it is all fine and although it could point to thyroid issues down the line its nothing to worry about at the moment and just monitor. I also was severely deficient in vitD, so I've been taking that ever since. I got my thyroid levels retested last week, they were as follows -

TSH 2.19 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)
Free T3 5.20 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)
Free Thyroxine 15.100 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22)

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 19.600 kIU/L (Range: < 115)
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies X 123.00 kIU/L (Range: < 34)

So, to me this looks like things are getting worse, with the higher TSH and higher antibodies. Is it worth me seeing my GP again to discuss, or should I just continue to monitor?

Worth mentioning I feel bloody awful. Depressed, cold, tired beyond belief.

Definitely get another apt and discuss. My TSH is currently 33.9!!! I have got hashis though and have had it for 10 years my doctor just can't get it under control but won't refer me to an endocrinologist. So annoying.
