Does anyone have experience of the above? I have a few odd symptoms recently and after researching ms. I came across obstructive sleep apnea as a symptom. I occasionally wake up feeling like something is obstructed in my nose/breathing. I am not out of breath but suddenly wake up and need to swallow over and over again until it rights itself. It’s difficult to decribe. But it feels horrible and it passes in about 30 seconds and then I go back to sleep. Is this something anyone else has experienced ? I hadn’t really though it was a concern to be honest just thought it was an odd thing my body does. But since reading up on other symptoms I have been getting (dizzyneas etc) I started to wonder if there was a link here.
