Menstrual cycle

Question for the females....my periods have all but stopped. I’m only 41 and drs don’t seem too bothered but surely there must be a reason for it!? Anyone else have this? I’ve got psoriatic arthritis.

How long have you not had one for?
I would be wanting my hormone levels checked via blood test to make sure I wasn’t going through early menopause.
Are there any other factors that could have caused it such as low body fat %, high stress etc?

It’s been going on about a year now. I’ve had loads of tests, scans etc and they can’t find anything so putting it down to potential peri-menopause. I just think is it not linked to my autoimmune issues. Might not be but it’s early and my dm didn’t go through menopause until late 40s and my older sister hasn’t gone through it yet.
