Tightness around ribs

Does anyone have any experience of a squeezing feeling around the ribs? I’ve had this quite a few times now and I can’t seem to get an answer to what it is. I’ve put it down to costochondritis in the past but I’m not sure that’s right. It’s the ribs just below my bra line at the front. They feel swollen and I feel like I can’t breath normally which is then making me exhausted.
Anyone?

For info I have psoriasitic arthritis and I’m on Amjevita to treat it. Previously humira for 5-6 years but switched over recently.

I have that too but on one side, with lots of other symptoms. I'm waiting for a rheumatolgy appt. The pain could be caused from the bra band irritating the ribs, especially if you sit forward for long periods? But get checked for pleurisy too.
