Ibd and B12

I have Crohns well managed on Infliximab and Azathiaprine .Does anyone know if B12 would be routinely checked or just of there was a problem?

In our hosp it wouldn’t be done routinely, only if requested.

I believe if is s special test here in Canada too.

Lately I have been using nutritional yeast. It is made by Bragg and has tons of B12. I really like the taste, which is weird but good. It is awesome on popcorn. I even sprinkle it on my salads.

I am not vegan but I see it called for in vegan recipes.
