Or sometimes even earlier, because I'm so knackered from the day before I go to bed too early!
I've got RA and the majority of the time I manage. It's pretty much everywhere. Something always hurts to some degree or another. At the moment, it's waking up because I've turned over and my back and neck are so stiff, I can't get back to sleep or comfortable. The only thing that helps is being upright and stretching and them I'm wide awake!
I've got some pretty rough shit going on in my life at the moment, so that probably doesn't help.
Thankfully, as I work in a school, it's not the end of the world at the moment if I'm sleeping badly, but I think it might be time to take action and find something that'll help me sleep!
Anyone got any ideas, what my help me get a few extra hours?
