Can anyone help?

I’ve been having some strange symptoms for a couple of years now. Blood tests last week are showing an elevated ANA result, Anaemia and my CRP inflammation levels are 14.

My symptoms are:
Twitching muscles all over my body.
Burning pains in my arms and legs.
Dizziness (feel like I’m always on a boat).
Bloating.
Fatigue.
Thin hair.
Pins and needles.

I’ve had an MRI on brain and spine which were both clear. My thyroid test was normal and my magnesium and b12 levels are ok.

I’m getting referred to a rheumatologist but will be waiting a while for an appointment.
Do my symptoms sound familiar to anyone? Thanks

Have a look into your thyroid test a bit more.
What is normal?
You need to look at TSH, T4 and T3 and ferritin.

Your symptoms sound like overactive thyroid to me only because I have hashimotos but they are also general symptoms for a lot of things
What does your doctor say?
