I’ve been on 75mg of Levothyroxine since discovering I had this a few months after the birth.

My DD is 19 months old and in Jan I noticed I had a racing heart rate (average 110bpm) I had a blood test and all was well. I’ve since been very tired and had more blood tests and they have come back that I have too much thyroid hormone and I need to go down to 50mg.. is this potentially the start of it going? The drs are adamant that I’ll have it forever because my figures were so bad to start with, question is, is 19months after the birth too long for it to be going and maybe I just need a reduction? On the NHS site it says within a year or could have it forever and other sites say 18months.

I’m just so glad something came back on the test this time as I feel so rubbish!
