Could this be a AI disease?

Sorry I did write out a long winded message but it somehow got deleted. Here is short version, do these symptoms sound like they could be an AI disease:

Left sided chest pain (stabbing - ECG and chest x rays clear, not heart)
Left sided heavy arm with pins and needles in hand. Stiff left fingers
Stiff neck and stiff/sore lower back
Dizzy spells - 2/3 a day when doing normal activity eg walking, sitting at desk (never faint though) and 8/10 light headed when standing from sitting position
Dry eyes - noticed by optician on eye examination last week
Clumsy/fumble (hands and feet)
Bad ibs flare up
All bloods fine expect for elevated bilirubin levels
General stabbing pains in torso area - maybe muscle aches

No head aches, no visual disturbances.

GP wants to refer for trapped nerve in neck but I’m not so sure when putting all these symptoms together.

Lastly are there any conditions which are genetic as
My brother is having some of the same symptoms (chest pain, pins and needles and dizzy spells).

I’m going back to GP in a few days time, any advise on how I should address this with them. I kind of feel it’s all in my head but my symptoms
Are affecting my daily life and I’m tired of feeling pains. Thank you

That's quite a list of symptoms!
A quick google for bilirubin comes up with Gilbert's Syndrome... have they investigated that as a possibility?

When you say that your other bloods are all fine, do you know what they've tested for? Are you taking any vitamin supplements (as that could mask low iron, B12)?

Thanks for replying - they’ve not really looked into the liver results, just said that’s maybe normal for me and not to worry?

Blood wise they have tested for thyroid problems, vitamin D, b12, iron as well as things like diabetes etc. I’ve also had a blood clot test at hospital as part of process to rule out heart problems. I’m not sure what else they have tested, GP just said nothing nasty was flagged up.

The only vits I take are berroca and I generally eat ok, don’t really drink and don’t smoke. I’ve started taking up light jogging 2-3 times a week to try and be a bit healthier, also because GP said blood pressure was at higher end for someone my age - although still within normal range

I would certainly ask about the possibility of an AI condition and also about the bilirubin levels...how on earth do they know that those levels are 'normal for you'?
