Help with first endo appointment

I was diagnosed hypothyroid 4 years ago after months of feeling tired & ill to my bones. After 18 months my blood tests started coming back normal with a dose of 75mg of levo. Over the last few months I've felt a small lump in my neck which my GP thought could be a goitre. Ultrasound showed I have an inflamed thyroid so have been referred to an endocrinologist, appointment next month. I've also had test for coeliac (blood test came back negative, waiting for stomach biopsy result). My iron, folate and blood count is also low. Despite all this I feel fine & have even managed to lose some weight, although now I'm worried I could be heading for hyperthyroid. Unlike lots of you I've never asked for details on my regular blood tests, I've just accepted it when told they were normal (which they have been until now). Should I ask for my latest results ahead of endo appointment and do any of you have any advice on what I should get out of this appointment & what I need to ask? TIA

My first endo appt they were able to bring up almost every bloods result I'd ever had going back 20 years and go through the trends with me.

I tend to ask for my results now as I've lost trust in my GP to get it right. The latest was telling me my results were fine and to recheck in 3 months despite being 6 weeks pregnant, long history of Graves' disease with a rising TSH over 10 and a history of miscarriages.
