Cancelled flights

DD was due to fly back next week to go to a family wedding, looking unlikely now obviously but does anyone know if she will get a refund if it’s cancelled? She was due to fly with Qatar and we can’t find an answer as she’s not flying from the UK. Thank you.

Do you mean she is flying from Aus or NZ to the UK?

I’m in NZ and this is what the website says:

So she’s unable to contact the agency she booked through as they’re ignoring all contact for her refund. The credit card company have passed her back to the agent. Honestly these people are awful
