Has anyones children gone travelling and then gone on to Oz with a 12 month working visa ?

I did. 30 years ago. People seemed to think you can only get a working holiday visa in your own country but that wasn't the case 30 years ago. Not for me at least. Not sure about now. Why do you ask, OP?

My son did 18 months ago. He is now on his second Visa and can apply for a third year. He is loving Australia and as a Mum I am struggling but want him to do what’s right for him.

Son and his partner have left to to travel Thailand for 3 months and then on to Oz to start the 12 month working visa he lives at home and I’m so sad he’s not here anymore and that he will stay there forever
