Any NSW Coffee subscription recommendations please ?

I’m in the UK and would like to get my brother in Penrith a mail order coffee subscription for Xmas. He’s hard to buy for, but on a recent visit I noticed he loves his coffee and his bean to cup machine, so I thought a coffee subscription would be ideal .

he uses whole beans, and ideally either they’d sent him a different roast each month based on his preferences… or he’d be able to choose each month. A bonus would be if it was local and there was a cafe he could visit to try . Does anyone have any recommendations please ? I’m trying to google from the UK but its like looking for a needle in a haystack . Thank you !
